1. Locals Annual Pass
   • Available to Queensland and Northern New South Wales (Postcodes 2450 - 2490) residents only.
   • This Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World & SkyPoint Observation Deck during their operating days for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   • This Annual Pass includes 1 x ticket to Happy Halloween and 1 x ticket to Winterfest Ice Skating at Dreamworld's Winterfest day events, during the validity of the Pass. Happy Halloween and Winterfest tickets must be redeemed using Pass information and are subject to availability. 
   • SkyPoint Observation Deck is a licenced venue and management reserves the right to restrict entry to persons under the age of 18 years on Friday & Saturday evenings after 8 pm.
   • SkyPoint Observation Deck is subject to altered trading hours and deck closures for private events.
   • Excludes entry to ticketed special events unless stated otherwise.
   • Pass is not transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use.
   • Dreamworld Annual Passes are generated as digital online passes only. If you require a physical pass, this will incur a $5 printing fee. This can be requested at Guest Services on the day of your visit.
   • No upgrades available.
   • By purchasing online, each Passholder agrees to be contacted by Dreamworld with information regarding their pass and any associated benefits if applicable. Passholders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Dreamworld or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails or SMS messages. Passholders who unsubscribe will not receive any further communication, including information regarding Passholder benefits, exclusive offers, Passholder events, giveaways or renewal offers.
   • Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck.
   • Discounts are only valid on full-price sales and exclude already discounted entry, merchandise or food and beverages items. Retail discount excludes LEGO Store.
2. 3 Day Ticket
   • 3 Day tickets entitle the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint during their respective operating days, for 3 days within a 7-day period from the first day of entry.
   • Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
   • SkyPoint Observation Deck is a licenced venue and management reserves the right to restrict entry to persons under the age of 18 years on Friday & Saturday evenings after 8pm.
   • All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
   • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.
   • Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced.
   • Each ticket must be signed and a valid ID presented for each return entry
3. $50 LEGO® Retail Voucher
   • LEGO® retail voucher must be used by the 21.11.24 inclusive.
   • Vouchers can be used in multiple transactions as the value will decrement from the $50 balance.
   • No change or unused credit will be refunded.
   • The $50 LEGO® Retail Voucher can be used at the LEGO® Certified Store Dreamworld only.
   • Theme exclusions and new release exclusions apply.
   • No extensions or unused credit refunded. Voucher can be used across multiple transactions and can be combined with other vouchers.
   • Not valid for Retail, Food & Beverage, Ride Express, Gamesite, Animal Experiences, SkyPoint Observation Deck or any other in park purchases. Also excludes Presto's Training Café, Candy Nut & Fudge and Dreamworld Night Market Vendor Food Trucks.
