Starting soon, we will be introducing a dynamic pricing structure for our 1-day tickets. This means ticket prices will vary depending on the day you visit, offering you more options to plan your perfect day at the park.

Why are 1-day tickets different prices on different days?
We've introduced dynamic pricing to give our guests more flexibility and options when planning their visit. By offering different prices across different days, we aim to encourage visits during quieter times, allowing for a less crowded experience.
This approach also provides opportunities for guests to save money, especially on weekdays and quieter periods. Our goal is to make visiting the park more accessible and affordable for everyone, no matter when they choose to come.

Why are weekends and school holidays more expensive?
Weekends and school holidays are popular times for families and groups to visit the park, making these periods our busiest. To help manage the number of guests and ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we have adjusted our pricing accordingly.

What if I don’t know exactly what date I want to visit?
We have a flexible ‘Any Day Ticket’ option which is ideal for those without a set visit date. This ticket will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, however, will attract a higher price than our dated tickets.

How far in advance can I book my tickets to Dreamworld?
You can book your 1-day tickets up to 6 months in advance, so you have plenty of time to plan your visit!

What are the different ticketing options?
We know that no two visits, or guests, are ever the same so we have a variety of ticketing options so you can make amazing new memories with more flexibility and savings!
1-day ticket
Our 1-day tickets are date-specific, and the prices will change depending on the date of visit. This allows you to plan your visit around your schedule and budget! Simply pick your day, book your tickets and turn up on that day to make brand-new memories!
Multi-day tickets
For those who want to keep the fun coming, our multi-day tickets are a great way to make even more memories. Choose our different options that include Dreamworld, WhiteWater World (seasonal) and SkyPoint. There are a variety of options to suit your needs, and you don’t need to select the date to book.
Flexible ‘Any Day Ticket’
Our Flexi ticket is the best option for those who aren’t sure exactly what date they want to visit and want some flexibility in their schedule. Our Flexi tickets are priced slightly higher than our dated 1-day tickets but have the flexibility of up to 12 months to use them from date of purchase!
Annual Pass
And finally, for those who know that the fun never stops, our Annual Passes are the ultimate way to make a whole year of new memories! Get the most out of all our worlds in one, with our range of Annual Pass options which come with a whole host of additional value!
Changes to your ticket

What do I do if I purchase a dated ticket but can’t make it on the day?
If you know in advance that you will not be able to make it on the date which your ticket was purchase for, you can complete this form and our team will assist you to change the date. An administration fee applies to all dated ticket changes. Please note that if you do not use your ticket, and the date of your ticket has passed, you will not be eligible for a change of date.

Can I change the date of my ticket?
Yes, please complete our Date Change Request Form and our friendly Guest Services team can assist you to change the date of your ticket. Please note that charges may apply.

What happens if the date I am changing my ticket to is more expensive?
If the date you are changing to is priced higher than your current ticket, you will be required to pay the difference in prices. Please note an administration fee will apply.

What happens if the date I am changing my ticket to is less expensive?
If the date you are changing your ticket is priced lower than your current ticket, there will be no refund or credit for the price difference. An administration fee will apply.

Is there a fee to change my booking date?
Yes, an administration fee of $4.95 will apply to any ticket date changes. Please note that this fee applies per change.
Annual Passes and Multi-day Tickets

I’m an annual passholder. Do I need to book my visit ahead of time?
No, this is not required. Our annual passholders can simply show up and scan their digital annual pass at the gate as usual.

Do I need to book in advance if I am purchasing a multi-day ticket?
No, you can purchase your multi-day ticket from our website or ticketing booths at the Front Gate and these will be valid for up to 12 months from date of purchase.

Can I upgrade my 1-day Dreamworld ticket to a multi-day ticket or annual pass?
Yes, we’d love to help you extend your fun! You can speak to our friendly Guest Services team on the day of your visit, or via email at [email protected] and they will be able to assist you in upgrading your 1-day ticket to a multi-day ticket or annual pass.
You will only be required to pay the difference in price from your 1-day ticket to a multi-day ticket or annual pass.
Please note that you can only upgrade a valid 1-day ticket that is dated for the day, or in the future of the upgrade. Expired and unused tickets are not valid for upgrade.
